Olivia Heuer, is a graduate of Lincoln High School and currently attending Mid-State Technical College. Heuer's talent performance was a dynamic Pom Dance to Mambo No. 5, and her Community Service Initiative is "It Takes a Village to Raise a Child."

Since 1985, the Miss Wisconsin Rapids Scholarship Organization has been providing scholarships to some of the most talented, intelligent and driven young women in the community.
